The Full Story
Not quite a full story, but the story up until now...
I became a Renton resident longer ago than makes sense when I stop to think about it, but when I did I realized there was no dedicated music venue. Civic Theatre - check. Open mic nights - for sure! But I grew up in Seattle and have been going to shows almost as long as I could walk, worked in the music industry for a minute, and just got so used to the convenience of having so many options to view and enjoy live music. Arena shows all the way down to a 50 cap room, I got spoiled.
So after being here for not much time at all, I began to think: this is something we deserve. And I can’t be the only one to think so.
Flash forward years and a business competition later, I finally decided to stop waiting and start working to make this a reality.
